The L.O.C. Tray, also known as The Locs or Curls Tray™ was established in 2018 to encourage clean natural hair care routines. All formulas are handmade with essential oils & herbs — completely 100% plant based, chemical free, and does not contain any artificial dyes. With that in mind, some of our formulas contain water and include natural preservatives. Including preservatives in products that contain water is very important as it prevents & protects the formula from going rancid (expiring quickly). All of The L.O.C. Tray LLC products are YAH approved with a shelf life of one year.

Orders that are placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped on the following business day | MON/TUES. Tracking information is provided via email once your order has shipped. Graphic Tee’s: Our Graphic Tee’s are printed and shipped third party (USA vendor). Merchandise is made to order. Please allow our team 7-14 business days to fulfill your order. Delivery

Orders are securely delivered via U.S.P.S. within 1-5 business days from ship date for USA residents, and 6-10 business days for Canada residents **Details At Checkout** Lost Package Unsuccessful deliveries due to incorrect shipping addresses, U.S.P.S. mail delivery problems, or undeliverable attempt issues will be redirected to our shipping center within 7-10 business days. *Redelivery fee up to $15 applies* Damaged Package Orders that are delivered damaged during transit on the 1st day of arrival must be kept and not thrown away. Hair Care Formulas: Due to health and safety measures, all hair care products are final sale. Should you have any order questions or concerns — please contact us as soon as possible, we’re more than happy to help. Graphic Tee’s: Our Graphic Tee’s are printed and shipped third party (USA vendor). Returns on Graphic Tee’s with reasons pertaining to buyer’s remorse are prohibited. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 5 calendar days after the product has been received. Merchandise must be unworn with tags attached to submit a claim.
