How does it work?
A $26 monthly subscription fee will be charged based upon the day you subscribed — meaning if you subscribed on the 17th, your monthly subscription will renew on the 10th to ensure you receive your order on time.
Are there any shipping costs?
Absolutely not! Once subscribed you unlock free shipping for all monthly subscription items — That means your subscription ships for free every month. Additional hair care products that are purchased with your monthly subscription will however, include a shipping fee.

How should I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email including your tracking number. You can click on the tracking number within the email and follow the on screen prompts to track your order, but be sure to only use U.S.P.S tools. Whether it be the U.S.P.S Mobile app (Apple Users | Android Users), online by visiting www.usps.com/tracking, text (click link for instructions), or contact U.S.P.S. using other ways if necessary. We’re also here to help if you need assistance using U.S.P.S. tracking tools.
How do I change the scent for my L.O.C. Tray Regimen subscription?
If you subscribed for a particular Regimen scent, e.g., minty lemongrass, you will be subscribed to that specific scent. If you change your mind and would like a different scent, you will need to cancel the current subscription and re-subscribe to another available scent, e.g., sweet lavender scent.
How do I cancel my subscription?
From The L.O.C. Tray LLC home page > Tap the menu icon > Select "My Account" > Enter your email (for first time sign in) then select "Get Sign-In Link" > Check your email (Inbox and/or spam folder) > Select Sign-In button via email > Select "Cancel Membership".
You can log into your account and click the “cancel subscription” link at any time.
How do I change or update my payment method?
You can log into your customer account at any time to change or update your payment method. You can also review payment details & history from your customer account for your records.
